    This company does not have decency to come or call you back. Sears outsourced this company been waiting since 1 pm and no one returned my calls. I've been hung up on and Mr Mack the technician won't answer his phone. Horrible horrible service what is wrong with sears service? Don't use. Would give no stars or negative 0 if I could. Horrible company and customer service
